Why Courses Take So Long to Develop
All of Schola’s classes undergo a period of testing and updating before we release them to the public. This includes an alpha testing with one or two Schola instructors, followed by a beta testing with most or all Schola instructors. This takes time to arrange, especially scheduling the alpha and beta tests.
Currently in the pipeline are:
- An Orientation course intended to meet the prereq for OPS-100 — recently folded into OPS-100;
- A follow-up to OPS-110 Introduction to the Elements called Elements and Mind (pre-alpha); and
- David’s reworking of Intermediate Spellweaving, his follow-up to OPS-150 Elements of Spellcasting, into two courses rather than one: Natural Magic (now in alpha) and Celestial (Talismanic) Magic (now in 2nd beta).
