2011 Fall

Welcome to the start of a new academic year! As always, we have a new Circle Basics (OPS-100) course coming up in September and may also offer Introduction to the Elements (OPS-110), depending on the availability of the Lead Instructor. We’ll also be doing Intermediate Circle (OPS-200) in the Winter session if enough applicants commit to the course.

For those unacquainted with the Pagan Schola, all of our courses to date are hands-on learning experiences involving a certain amount of effort on your part. The 100 level courses are fairly light and don’t usually require much in the way of previous experience to understand the material. The 150-199 courses expand on the information and techniques in our 100-149 courses, so you’ll need to have completed their listed prerequisite course(s) to get much from them. All 100 level courses are introductory in nature.

The 200 level courses on the other hand are designed to stretch you and definitely require solid hands-on familiarity with the foundation work listed as their prequisites. 300 level courses, such as Rick’s Applied Shamanism will run you flat out. All 200 & 300 level courses are intermediate to advanced in nature. Don’t kid yourself that you can snooze through one of these.
